The air pump forces air through a bubble stone sitting on the bottom of the tank, this causes warm humid air to rise past the leaves keeping them moist and humid. The rockwool cubes are placed in a polystyrene cell tray that floats on the water keeping them nice and moist.

will the cuttings rot?

This may happen if the water is left stagnant. To stop this problem the Guru CloneZONE continuously airates the water with the air pump. A water sanitiser can also be used. Ask if you require this with kit.

Will the Guru CloneZONE make the cuttings root faster?

Not really, it will still take the normal amount of time. This depends on the type of plant you are taking cuttings from. You will get roots that hang out of the bottom of the cubes like a rope.
